About the Role Join Amgen’s HR Integration Product Team to design, develop, test, deploy, and support MuleSoft-based HR integrations across Workday, SAP, Fieldglass, and Learning platforms. This role focuses on enabling API-led connectivity and scalable integration solutions while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable, reusable MuleSoft APIs and interfaces aligned with API-led connectivity.
• Have hands-on knowledge on Databricks, Python, PySpark to develop end-to-end data pipelines.
• Develop integration flows that connect Workday (HRIS), SAP (ERP), Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce Management), Learning, and other platforms.
• Apply standard methodologies in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio to deliver high-performance solutions.
• Monitor and support live MuleSoft applications and APIs, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and implement fixes and enhancements.
• Perform regular maintenance, logging, alerting, and error-handling improvements.
• Develop and maintain the architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in new integration projects and provide operational support for existing APIs and integrations.
• Support continuous improvements and automation with technical expertise and validation experience.

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing and building MuleSoft APIs and interfaces, with API-led connectivity.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Python, and PySpark for E2E data pipelines.
• Experience developing integrations with Workday, SAP, Fieldglass, Learning, and other platforms.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and monitoring live applications/APIs.
• Strong debugging, incident response, root cause analysis, and performance-tuning skills.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and validation practices.
