Experience in quality improvement, clinical mentoring, HIV/TB/MNCH or public health programmes is desirable.
Training or certification in quality improvement is an advantage.

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Public Health, Statistics, Epidemiology, Health Information Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or a related field.
Experience in health programme monitoring, data management, data quality assurance and reporting is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Familiarity with DHIS2 or other health information systems is an advantage.
