About the Role The Integrated Solutions Service Tech 1 role at Johnson Controls involves on-site installation, maintenance, and service of integrated building solutions, supporting customers in Gurgaon and surrounding areas. The position focuses on delivering reliable field service and issue resolution to meet customer needs. What You'll Do
- Provide on-site service, installation, and preventive maintenance for integrated solutions equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Document field activities, update tickets, and communicate progress with customers and the operations team.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure service quality and adherence to safety standards. What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronics, mechatronics, or related field; hands-on field service experience preferred.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals; strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, customer service, and safety awareness; willingness to travel as required.
- Basic knowledge of building automation or controls is a plus. Nice to Have
- Experience with Johnson Controls products or building management systems.
