The Carolinas Market is seeking an Integrated Solutions Leader (ISL) to help healthcare and life sciences clients solve complex business and technology challenges through integrated, outcome-focused solutions. Partnering closely with Client Partners, capability leaders, and delivery teams, you'll connect Slalom's capabilities to shape, sell, and deliver transformative solutions across the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry.
This role is ideal for a leader with healthcare and life sciences experience, broad technology consulting expertise, and a passion for bringing together people, ideas, and capabilities to solve client problems, lead complex pursuits, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do

Integrated Solution Leadership: Partner with Client Partners and account teams to shape holistic, cross-capability solutions that align to client priorities, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes.

Pursuit Leadership: Lead or support complex pursuits by bringing together the right mix of industry, capability, and delivery expertise to create compelling proposals, win strategies, and growth opportunities.

Strategic Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with client executives and technology leaders, helping them navigate business and technology transformation while identifying opportunities for Slalom to deliver value.

Multi-Capability Orchestration: Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Architecture, Platform, Delivery, and Customer Outcomes teams to develop integrated solutions that address complex client challenges.

Delivery Partnership: Provide continuity from opportunity identification through delivery, helping teams stay aligned to the original client objectives, intended outcomes, and overall engagement success.

Market & Account Growth: Bring industry insights, emerging trends, accelerators, and offerings into client conversations while helping shape account strategy and identify opportunities to expand Slalom's impact.

Talent Development: Coach consultants and future solution leaders in integrated thinking, solution design, strategic storytelling, and pursuit excellence.

What You'll Bring
-
Healthcare & Life Sciences industry experience, including provider, payer, life sciences, or healthcare technology organizations, with the ability to connect industry trends and business priorities to technology-enabled solutions.

10+ years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, data, cloud, or related professional services environments.

Demonstrated success identifying, shaping, and selling complex business and technology solutions involving multiple stakeholders, capabilities, and workstreams.

Broad technology acumen across enterprise technology, data & analytics, cloud, digital platforms, and technology strategy, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.

Proven experience partnering with executive-level client stakeholders to develop data-driven hypotheses, uncover strategic opportunities, and translate business priorities into actionable solutions.

Healthcare data and technology experience preferred, including familiarity with healthcare data models, interoperability, data integration, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Experience leading strategic pursuits, solution strategy, proposal development, and cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles.

Proven ability to maintain continuity from opportunity identification through solutioning, pursuit, and delivery, ensuring alignment between client challenges, proposed solutions, and business outcomes.

Experience in delivery leadership roles such as Solution Strategy Lead (SSL), Delivery Solution Lead (DSL), Engagement Lead (EL), Accountable Executive (AE), or similar leadership responsibilities is preferred.

A consultative mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships, understanding complex business challenges, and driving measurable impact through technology and transformation initiatives.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for the Director-level is $164,000 to $246,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
