About the Role The Integrated Planning Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic media planning and execution to deliver impactful brand and business results. This role leads the development of integrated media strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels, ensuring seamless execution and optimization to meet client objectives, while managing key client relationships, overseeing campaign performance, and mentoring a team of planners to elevate capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead integrated media strategies that align with client objectives across digital, traditional, and emerging channels.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for clients, understanding market challenges and providing data-driven, innovative media solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify market trends, new technologies, and innovative approaches to enhance media strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and media vendors; foster strong relationships.
  • Present strategic proposals, media plans, and post-campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, data, technology) to develop integrated marketing solutions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to extract insights and optimize current and future strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by testing new approaches and refining methodologies based on outcomes.
  • Oversee media forecasting, budget allocation, and resource management to maximize efficiency.
  • Mentor and manage a team of planners; lead knowledge-sharing and keep the team up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Contribute to overall business growth by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency in media planning.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in media planning, with strong background in digital and traditional media.
  • Proven expertise in audience research, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience; ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and clients.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta, or other digital platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with programmatic buying, tracking platforms, and attribution models is an advantage.
  • Background in managing high-profile accounts or large-scale media campaigns is highly desirable.
