Job title: Integrated Planning Lead

About the Role The Site Integrated Planning Leader at Corning will own and develop the site's integrated planning processes and lead the team of Integrated Planners. This role is accountable for end-to-end production, capacity, and material planning, ensuring alignment of capacity, material availability, inventory targets, and service levels across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics. You will drive reliable, efficient, and cost-effective operations by integrating planning with the broader organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own the site’s integrated planning process to balance demand with supply and inventory strategies.
  • Create and execute feasible, optimized production and material plans; coordinate adjustments due to demand changes, material constraints, and disruptions.
  • Monitor and improve planning KPIs (e.g., schedule adherence/MPS, material availability, capacity utilization); manage daily/weekly KPI reporting and escalation.
  • Implement process health metrics and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Lead reporting, communication, and escalation with stakeholders on planning performance.
  • Ensure site-level master data and planning parameter governance owned by planners.
  • Act as the site planning SME and partner with regional/global integrated planning teams for execution and projects.
  • Partner with Integrated Planning COE for continuous improvement and planning standards adoption.
  • Lead site improvement initiatives across planning systems and processes (ERP, APS tools).
  • Promote standardization and best practices in integrated planning and ensure standards are followed by the planning team.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Site Integrated Planners; set goals, priorities, and development plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading a Site Integrated Planning function and managing a team of planners.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and Business Unit Integrated Planning; ability to work with regional/global teams and the COE.
  • Track record of monitoring and improving planning KPIs (MPS, material availability, capacity utilization) and driving corrective actions.
  • Expertise with planning systems (ERP, APS) and a passion for standardization and continuous improvement.
