About the Role The Integrated Master Scheduler position at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD within MTSI supports program planning and schedule integration for defense projects. This role focuses on developing and maintaining master schedules to align program milestones and deliverables. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for defense programs.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and contracting teams to capture milestones and dependencies.
- Monitor schedule health, perform analysis, and support program reviews. What We're Looking For
- Experience in schedule development and management, preferably in defense or government programs.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Earned Value Management basics.
- Strong coordination and communication skills. Nice to Have
- DoD program experience or security clearance.
- Familiarity with risk management and schedule risk analysis.
