Role: Lead Microsoft's Integrated Lease Delivery (ILD) team across the Middle East and Africa, overseeing the delivery of leased datacenter capacity from deal execution through operational handover.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead regional teams and drive performance, quality, safety, and accountability.
- Translate global and regional strategies into local delivery plans.
- Coordinate with landlords, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage schedules, resources, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Develop and align ILD staff and vendor teams with regional demand.
- Oversee projects through milestones such as Ready for Service and Ready for Network Install.
