About the Role Netradyne is building a custom insurance partner program that integrates its Driver•i AI technology and safety data insights to help fleets improve safety and streamline insurance partnerships. The role focuses on establishing and growing partnerships with insurers, brokers, and captives to align with customers’ fleet safety goals and accelerate settlements through data-driven insights. What You'll Do
- Build and manage a custom insurance partner program, integrating Netradyne’s Driver•i AI technology and safety data insights.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with insurance carriers, brokerages, and captives to deliver preferred pricing, discounts, and subsidies to customers.
- Provide partners with access to reporting tools and data to gain deeper insights into fleets’ safety performance, with customer-approved data sharing.
- Work with Underwriting, Safety, Risk Management and Claims teams to leverage partner program data for risk assessment and claims handling.
- Facilitate onboarding, department trainings, marketing activities, and dedicated partner support resources.
- Accelerate fleet insurance settlements by providing high-definition Video Event Access to protect innocent drivers and expedite claims.
- Implement and manage a coaching program (Managed Coaching) to reduce risky behavior; deliver actionable reports to managers.
- Ensure data sharing with customers (subject to approvals) to support the health of customers’ safety programs. What We're Looking For
- Experience in partnerships, insurance, or B2B technology, with ability to build and manage partner ecosystems.
- Ability to collaborate across Underwriting, Safety, Risk Management and Claims teams.
- Strong data-driven mindset and comfort with reporting tools and dashboards.
