Job title: Insurance Litigation Associate
About the Role Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Insurance Litigation practice in the Atlanta office. The role targets an Associate with three to four years of insurance litigation experience, including handling complex matters, drafting legal documents, analyzing insurance coverage issues including CGL, umbrella, and excess policies, and representing clients in complex insurance coverage disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation.
What You'll Do
- Handle complex insurance litigation matters for clients in the Atlanta office.
- Draft legal documents and pleadings.
- Analyze insurance coverage issues, including CGL, umbrella, and excess policies.
- Represent clients in complex insurance coverage disputes.
- Experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation is a plus.
What We're Looking For
- Three to four years of insurance litigation experience.
- Experience handling complex litigation, drafting legal documents, and analyzing coverage issues (CGL, umbrella, excess).
- Experience representing clients in complex insurance coverage disputes.
- Ideal candidate will have experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation (preferred).
