Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in insurance coverage analysis, coverage litigation, and insurance recovery disputes.
I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
Experience That May Be a Fit
- Analyzing commercial general liability, umbrella, excess, and specialty insurance policies.
- Representing insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes.
- Drafting coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, and substantive motions.
- Handling declaratory judgment actions, bad-faith claims, and complex coverage litigation.
- Advising on insurance recovery, policy interpretation, and litigation strategy.
Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm? I'd still love to hear from you! I welcome attorneys from firms of all sizes.
