Job Description We are seeking a meticulous Insurance Approval Officer to join our healthcare team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is vital for ensuring seamless insurance processing and financial accuracy across our facilities in Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah.
As an Insurance Approval Officer, you will be responsible for processing insurance approvals, liaising with various insurance providers, and ensuring strict compliance with healthcare regulations. Your expertise will be key in facilitating timely approvals and resolving any claim-related issues, contributing to efficient patient care and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and obtain necessary insurance approvals for patient treatments and services.
- Liaise effectively with insurance companies to resolve queries and expedite approvals.
- Ensure all claims and approvals comply with SHA, MOH, and DHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance transactions and communications.
- Assist patients with understanding their insurance coverage and billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance approvals or medical billing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Possession of a valid UAE Residence Visa is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to join the team immediately.
- In-depth knowledge of SHA / MOH / DHA regulations and insurance policies.
