This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, answering questions, solving problems, and providing dependable service. The right candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding their insurance policies, coverage, and account information.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer inquiries.
• Provide support with policy changes, renewals, documentation, and customer requests.
• Assist with processing insurance applications and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Provide friendly, professional service while helping customers find solutions to their insurance needs.
• Maintain organized files and complete administrative duties as needed.
• Support the agency's daily operations and work closely with other team members.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.

• Must possess an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• Licensing Requirement

• Candidates must have an active Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to complete the required licensing process. Training and guidance may be provided to help the right candidate obtain their license.
