About the Role
At Air Europa we are recruiting Instructors (TMAs or Aeronautical Engineers) for our Llucmajor base, a key role to transform technical experience into operational knowledge within a high-level aviation environment. This opportunity is designed for professionals who want to go beyond maintenance: move from executing to teaching, influencing, and elevating the technical standard of an entire operation. Your experience becomes a reference for other technicians and a direct lever for quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Transmit technical knowledge to aircraft maintenance teams, both in theoretical settings and real hangar scenarios.
- Accompany and supervise the execution of complex tasks, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in identifying training needs and in the continuous improvement of training content and procedures.
- Contribute to standardizing processes and elevating operational quality at the base.
- Act as a technical reference for other TMAs, supporting resolution of incidents and operational doubts.
What We're Looking For
- Experience of at least 3 years in aircraft maintenance (Maintenance technicians with LMA license or Aeronautical Engineering).
- Type rating in any aircraft will be valued.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365.
