About this role

Job title: Instructors, Authors & Subject Matter Expert - AI Automation Talent Pool (Part-time)

About the Role We are building a talent pool of automation practitioners and business technology experts for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts in our AI Automation program. We develop specialized courses that teach practitioners how to design, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows using modern automation tools—from no-code platforms to enterprise-grade integrations. All roles are part-time (10–15 hours per week) and remote, with collaboration across European time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver live workshops and training sessions
  • Create educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials
  • Design practical exercises, guides, prompts, and reference resources
  • Help define curriculum structure, learning objectives, and competency frameworks
  • Review content for technical accuracy and industry relevance
  • Share insights on AI tools, workflows, and emerging trends
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum teams to continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Support program updates based on learner feedback and market needs

What We're Looking For

  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing automation workflows in business operations environments
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools
  • Experience with AI-powered automation, API integrations, prompt engineering, RPA platforms, and real-world operational workflows
  • Strong ability to share knowledge through content creation, training, mentoring, or facilitation
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and minimal supervision
  • Availability to collaborate within European time zones
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

  • Deep expertise in business process automation, workflow design, or digital operations transformation
  • Ability to evaluate real-world automation implementations, tool ecosystems, and AI-augmented workflows
  • Experience creating competency maps, learning roadmaps, or curriculum structures
  • Ability to review technical learning content and provide structured feedback
