About the Role TripleTen's Nebius Academy is building a talent pool of experienced professionals for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts for the AI for Managers course. Roles are part-time (10–15 hours/week) and remote, designed for leaders who can translate AI into practical business impact. You will be part of a team shaping curriculum and delivering learning to senior managers.
What You'll Do
- Deliver live workshops and training sessions for the AI for Managers course.
- Create educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials.
- Design practical exercises, guides, prompts, and reference resources.
- Help define curriculum structure, learning objectives, and competency frameworks.
- Review content for technical accuracy and industry relevance.
- Share insights on AI tools, workflows, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum teams to improve learning outcomes.
- Support program updates based on learner feedback and market needs.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI adoption, or business/IT leadership.
- Hands-on experience leading AI implementation initiatives, including vendor selection, pilots, rollouts, and organizational adoption.
- Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges, governance, change management, and cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical, managerial audiences using practical, decision-oriented frameworks.
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or professional learning programs with facilitation skills and curriculum adaptation.
- Ability to work independently with ownership and minimal supervision; availability to collaborate within European time zones.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating competency maps, maturity frameworks, skill decompositions, or curriculum structures.
- Experience evaluating real-world AI applications in business contexts and distinguishing practical, high-ROI approaches.
- Experience addressing senior, skeptical audiences.
