Instructional Designer Services Analyst I
- Designs and develops basic learning solutions, including web-based learning, instructor-led, blended instruction and virtual sessions, within the technological environment of the client.
- Receives learning objectives and other source content from client subject matter experts, organizes it into a logical, instructional flow appropriate for the culture and level of expertise of the learners/end users.
- Responds to client design needs including escalations and risk inquiries related to the design and client subject matter expert issues
- Revises or redevelops learning solution in response to feedback from the client.
- Delivers project on time within budget.
- Performs maintenance on existing training material
- Demonstrates the application of adult learning instructional design to the training industry
