About the Role EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) – People Consulting (PC) – SAP/Systems Implementation Learning Manager role within a global professional services organization. You will lead SAP/SI instructional design initiatives, build capability, and guide cross‑regional teams to deliver high‑quality learning solutions aligned with client needs. What You'll Do
- Lead and drive large‑scale SAP/SI engagements and deliver through teams.
- Manage escalations, own quality, track deliverables and engage stakeholders.
- Establish instructional design expertise within the practice; grow and lead a team of instructional design specialists in the SAP/SI domain.
- Liaison with regional stakeholders to build project pipeline in the instructional design space.
- Identify and build new SAP/SI capabilities based on market trends.
- Lead SAP/SI instructional design efforts using advanced technologies and digital solutions.
- Ensure high quality SAP/SI deliverables through internal reviews and strong client feedback.
- Apply ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other models to design SAP/SI course content and activities.
- Drive operational efficiency by managing risks, project economics, and budgeting.
- Provide visual design strategy to support learner centricity and branding.
- Advise as SME and collaborate in a distributed program team.
- Lead development of collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies for the SAP/SI practice.
- Contribute to process re‑engineering and automation for efficiency.
- Mentor and coach team members; set goals and conduct reviews. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or associate degree with 10–14 years of hands‑on SAP/SI experience leading large, complex learning projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP systems (SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA) and SAP/SI trainings.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Workday) is a plus.
- Exceptional SAP EnableNow knowledge; strong storyboarding, visual design, and branding skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage large teams and multiple digital learning engagements.
- Proficiency with SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe.
- Practical knowledge of instructional design principles and data‑driven design.
- Experience with assessments and learning platforms; familiarity with gamification.
- Willingness to travel per EY guidelines; strong cross‑cultural communication. Nice to Have
- Flexibility to learn and apply new software and processes.
