About the Role EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) – People Consulting (PC) – SAP/Systems Implementation Learning Manager role within a global professional services organization. You will lead SAP/SI instructional design initiatives, build capability, and guide cross‑regional teams to deliver high‑quality learning solutions aligned with client needs. What You'll Do
- Lead and drive large‑scale SAP/SI engagements and deliver through teams.
- Manage escalations, own quality, track deliverables and engage stakeholders.
- Establish instructional design expertise within the practice; grow and lead a team of instructional design specialists in the SAP/SI domain.
- Liaison with regional stakeholders to build project pipeline in the instructional design space.
- Identify and build new SAP/SI capabilities based on market trends.
