About the Role
Old Mission's Institutional Services team partners with the industry's most sophisticated institutional investors to provide competitive pricing for ETFs, listed options, and fixed income securities. We help customers efficiently transfer risk, putting our own capital on the line each day, and we bring our quantitative trading expertise and unrivaled prices directly to the buy side.
What You'll Do

Collaborate with buy-side clients to provide competitive pricing and liquidity for ETFs, listed options, and fixed income securities.

Help customers transfer risk by leveraging Old Mission's capital and quantitative trading capabilities to take short- and long-term positions in instruments other market makers can't or won't.

Contribute to a collaborative, transparent culture that values problem-solving and client-centric service in execution workflows.
