Job title: Institutional Relations Executive
About the Role Institutional Relations Executive at TOUS will coordinate and execute institutional relations activities, ensuring coherence and alignment of corporate messages, quality of public interventions, and an impactful relational agenda.
What You'll Do
- Prepare key messages, speeches and briefs for public interventions of the VP and other spokespersons.
- Coordinate the relational agenda, prioritizing forums, events and spaces with reputational impact.
- Manage liaison with external agency, ensuring coherence and alignment of messages.
- Support TOUS representation before institutions, organizations and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and propose forums, spaces and initiatives to reinforce TOUS positioning in areas such as family business, industry and related sectors.
- Create and adapt institutional content (notes, messages and materials) for different channels and contexts.
- Collaborate in defining and developing messages tied to initiatives with reputational impact, external and internal.
What We're Looking For
- Postgraduate degree (Master/MBA) in Corporate Communications, Institutional Relations, Public Affairs, Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the sector or similar roles.
- Comfortable speaking English.
