About the Role We are hiring an Installer Tech to work alongside our Lead Installer, supporting the execution of custom closet and home organization projects in clients' homes. This hands-on role emphasizes craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for growth within a growing company. What You'll Do
- Assist with in-home installations of custom closet and home storage systems according to design specifications
- Read designs and schematics, handle materials, and operate tools safely
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and moving efficiently; follow Lead's standards
- Provide clear communication with clients and team; deliver high-quality workmanship
- Maintain safety and a professional work environment; uphold company policies
- Support training and development and seek opportunities for advancement
- Earn referral commissions by bringing in customers when applicable What We're Looking For
- Some experience with carpentry, cabinetry, or hands-on installation
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have
- Experience with closet installation is a big plus Compensation & Benefits
- $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
