About the Role Join Renewal by Anderson as an Installer in Omaha, NE. You will install windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles, delivering Signature Service and working closely with the Lead Installer to ensure a high-quality, customer-focused installation.
What You'll Do
- Take time to get to know homeowners
- Explain what will happen throughout the day
- Practice efficient demolition to minimize disruption for customers
- Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site
- Prepare windows/doors and openings (taping, caulking, and cleaning)
- Exterior/Interior finish work on all products
What We're Looking For
- Window installation and remodel experience
- A proven track record of superior workmanship
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of construction or carpentry experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must pass a background check
- Valid Kansas State Driver’s License
