About the Role Renewal by Anderson is seeking an Installer in Topeka, KS to install windows in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. The role focuses on delivering Signature Service and ensuring a picture-perfect installation by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
What You'll Do
- Take time to get to know homeowners
- Explain what will happen throughout the day
- Practice efficient demolition to minimize impact on customers
- Provide Signature Service by partnering with the Lead Installer on each job site
- Prepare windows/doors and openings (taping, caulking, cleaning)
- Perform exterior/interior finish work on all products
What We're Looking For
- Window installation and remodel experience
- A proven track record of superior workmanship
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of construction or carpentry experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must pass a background check
- Valid Kansas State Driver's License
