Job title: Installation Supervisor
About the Role ANDRITZ is seeking a Installation Supervisor for the Hydropower services division in Schio, Italy. The role involves installation and maintenance of complex hydropower plants, organizing site activities, coordinating resources, ensuring safety and scheduling.
What You'll Do
- Lead installation and maintenance of large-scale hydroelectric systems.
- Organize site activities, manage schedules, and ensure correct execution of tasks per installation procedures.
- Autonomously coordinate resources and equipment to ensure activities run according to predefined plans and following mounting procedures, and apply safety directives within the construction site.
What We're Looking For
- Technical Diploma (Diploma di istituto Tecnico).
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly, reading drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
- Experience with large components and crane-assisted assembly.
- Ability to coordinate resources and work in a team.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Computer literacy and Office suite.
- Basic English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Driver's license (Patente B).
- Residency in Vicenza province.
