About the Role As an Installation Supervisor, you will oversee installation and maintenance of complex hydroelectric plant systems at Schio. You will organize site activities, manage resources, ensure timelines and proper execution according to mounting procedures, and apply safety directives on site.
What You'll Do
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of large-scale hydroelectric plant systems.
- Independently organize site resources and equipment to align with plans and mounting procedures.
- Manage on-site activities to meet schedule and quality targets, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Technical Diploma (Tecnico) or equivalent; knowledge of mechanical assembly, reading drawings, and hydraulic schematics.
- Experience with large components and crane-assisted assembly.
- Ability to coordinate resources and teams; mechanical knowledge; computer and Office skills.
- Basic English proficiency; willingness to travel; driving license B; residence in Vicenza province.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and adaptability to diverse work environments.
