About the Role The Installation Manager will oversee the job construction process from technical measurements through installation and completion, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on project management role focused on residential window replacement delivery and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the end-to-end job construction process from technical measurements to installation and completion.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with installation teams and measure-related activities as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years recent residential remodeling, room additions, and carpentry experience.
- 3 years recent estimating of materials for residential remodeling.
- Proficient in use of an iPad and Apple systems.
- Valid Texas driver's license and current automobile insurance.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 75+ pounds in equipment and product.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and desire to learn and grow.
