About the Role We are seeking an Installation Engineer to support kitchen built-in appliance projects for the European market. You will install prototypes in real home environments, assess installation suitability for European kitchen furniture, and proactively determine correct product dimensions. What You'll Do
- Install prototypes in real home installation environments.
- Review installation suitability for European kitchen furniture and proactively propose correct product dimensions.
- Collaborate with Product Planning, Design and Development teams to meet functionality, installation requirements and safety standards in European countries.
- Actively collaborate with members of the German Kitchen Association and participate in discussions on norms and standards changes.
- Monitor market trends by participating in kitchen fairs and events and sensing changes in consumer usage patterns, kitchen furniture trends, installation environment changes, and new product features. What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of installation experience in kitchen built-in appliance segment.
- Completed installation training.
- Very good understanding of the kitchen built-in market.
- Flexibility, resilience and high self-motivation.
- Fluent German and English skills. Nice to Have
