About this role
Your Responsibilities
- Lead all HPA (Harness Production Area) daily operations.
- Ensure safe working practices and high quality standards.
- Deliver production according to project schedules.
- Manage capacity, workload and priorities.
- Develop KPIs and performance reporting.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, supply chain and installation teams.
- Develop team competencies and support future growth of the HPA organization.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing production or industrial teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of electrical manufacturing, harnesses or assembly operations.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
- Fluent English.
