What You'll Do
- Install Renewal by Andersen windows and patio doors with quality workmanship.
- Manage installation projects and communicate with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.
- Work with provided job materials, while applying your own tools and expertise; maintain timelines and safety standards.
- Operate as an independent subcontractor with strong time and process management.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of window installation or construction remodeling experience (preferred).
- Proven track record of superior workmanship and focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ownership of your own truck, trailer, and tools.

- Certificate of Insurance: General Liability and Automobile Insurance.
