Job title: Installation Carpenter
About the Role Join the installation team for Renewal by Andersen windows in our Eastern Iowa territory. We need carpenters who have experience installing windows and doors as well as the trim on the inside and outside. We pay per hour, not per piece. Long-term employment for the right team members.
What You'll Do
- Install windows, doors, and trim on interior and exterior surfaces as part of a crew.
- Work on projects primarily in Linn and Johnson counties; office/shop based in Dubuque. Tools and equipment provided (box truck, Tapco brake, power tools).
- Some jobs may require access to windows using company-owned boom lifts.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety on all installations.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience installing windows and doors, or similar experience installing kitchen cabinets and/or trim work.
- Proven track record of exceptional workmanship.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to undergo a background check and random drug screening.
Nice to Have
- Experience installing kitchen cabinets and/or trim work.
- Experience working with access equipment such as boom lifts.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $22.31 - $26.25 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
