The Instagram Sales Closer is responsible for driving online sales by engaging with customers across Instagram. The role focuses on converting inquiries into purchases, providing exceptional customer service, promoting RLG Cosmetics' products, and building lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other assigned communication channels.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales by recommending suitable products and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Process customer orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
