El Inspector QHSE asegura el cumplimiento de los estándares del SIG: seguridad y salud en el trabajo, calidad, inocuidad, medio ambiente y seguridad física y patrimonial, en todas las actividades operativas. Su rol es clave para identificar riesgos y desviaciones, proponer mejoras y mantener los procesos bajo control. Trabaja 100% en piso acompañando a la operación, realizando inspecciones, registros y acompañando al personal para fortalecer la cultura de seguridad y garantizar el cuidado de las personas, los productos y la infraestructura.
