Job title: Inspector QHSE
About the Role The QHSE Inspector ensures compliance with SIG standards: safety and health at work, quality, food safety, environment, and physical and asset security across all operational activities. The role is key to identifying risks and deviations, proposing improvements, and keeping processes under control. The inspector works 100% on the floor accompanying operations, performing inspections, records, and supporting personnel to strengthen safety culture and ensure the care of people, products, and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Audit inbound and outbound cargo status, considering temperature and quality condition of the cargo.
- Take temperatures and monitor sensors of refrigerated systems.
- Be responsible for daily inspections across the plant according to the inspection plan.
What We're Looking For
- Tecnólogo QHSE/SST/Calidad
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (user level)
- Knowledge of integrated management systems
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role at a food products and processing plant
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
- Strong organization and planning
