Job title: Inspector
About the Role Medline is seeking an Inspector to perform pre-shipment inspections and ensure product quality aligned with Medline requests. You will prepare inspection procedures and documents, inspect products, determine results, and submit reports to QA and stakeholders on the same day.
What You'll Do
- Conduct pre-shipment inspections by preparing the inspection procedure and documents according to Medline's request and schedule, inspect products and conclude inspection results, and submit inspection reports to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Provide clear information and evidence to corporate QA and stakeholders for lot rejection questions within the same day of inspection.
- Identify risks related to quality discrepancies and provide timely suggestions to supervisors or managers.
- Propose constructive improvements or flag procedural/product issues to divisional QA/PM to optimize the inspection process and improve efficiency.
- Follow company policy to complete related documents (expenses, performance reviews, etc.) timely; be flexible to changes in work arrangements when needed.
- Complete other tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- Education: College degree or above.
- Working experience: 1+ year of quality control experience; medical device industry experience is a plus.
- Good communication, positive energy, teamwork.
- Detail-oriented and honest.
- Strong willingness to learn new knowledge and self-learning skills.
- Flexibility to frequent travel.
Compensation & Benefits
