Job Title: Inspection Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for an Inspection Officer to join our property team. You'll be out in the field a lot, visiting properties, capturing photos and videos, and making sure everything runs smoothly from inspection to transaction. A company vehicle is provided, so you'll be driving around Lagos regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Scouting and researching properties
- Taking clear photos and videos during inspections for records, marketing, and internal use
- Doing basic video edits like trimming clips and adding text for walkthrough videos
- Handling site visits, communicating inspection schedules, and giving updates
- Supporting the team to make sure property transactions go smoothly
Requirements
- Male or female, between 22 and 32 years old
- Valid ID and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable driving and navigating Lagos roads
- Must live within the Lekki-Ajah axis
- Honest, presentable, and detail-oriented
- Available to work weekends.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
