About the Role Sally Beauty Advisors help customers express themselves through hair and beauty by providing knowledgeable service and creating a memorable shopping experience. This part-time role focuses on assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails and supporting them through their beauty journey.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to apply knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
- Can read and explain product labels.
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
