Inside Sales

About the Role The Inside Sales/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, helping them with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, and driving sales at Sally Beauty. You will build relationships, educate customers, and enroll them in our Loyalty program while maintaining a polished store environment. What You'll Do

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values. What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager. Nice to Have
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $18.00 per hour.
