About the Role Sally Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) at Sally Beauty Supply LLC Corporate. You would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world and we are on a mission to empower our customers to express themselves through hair – and we need passionate and talented people to make this happen. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience and guiding customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Training and support are provided so you can grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

- Ability to work a variety of schedules; flexible hours as needed.
- Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder; long periods of standing and walking; bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching; ability to work around moving parts and around carts or machines; potential exposure to fumes, odors, and irritant chemicals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $17.27 - $19.70 per hour (USD).
