About the Role Inside Sales/Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers and guiding them through beauty purchases across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You’ll build relationships, promote promotions, and help customers enroll in our Loyalty program while maintaining a professional store environment.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products and inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales events; complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program; communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical requirements (standing, bending, reaching) as needed; may be exposed to fumes/odors.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment; strong customer service and merchandising skills.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time; legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Interest in beauty products and passion for helping customers on their beauty journey.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Between $17.27 to $19.70/hr, depending on experience.
