Job Description

We’re seeking a driven and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales force in Brook Park, Ohio. Candidate must live/reside within 30-45 miles of the designated office/plant location.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Generate and follow up on product quotes
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
• Process sales orders, returns, credits, and debits
• Monitor inventory and communicate concerns to purchasing/management
• Resolve customer service issues with professionalism
• Continuously expand product and service knowledge
• Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs
• Travel occasionally to support business goals
• Track competitor pricing and product offerings
• Support quality assurance initiatives

• 2 - 5 Years Inside Sales Experience (Metals, Materials, Manufacturing
