About the Role The Inside Sales Rep / Sleep Support Advisor supports the sleep product business by handling client inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate account setup and pricing. This role works with the Territory Manager, CS team, and Sleep Labs to meet store sales and therapy needs.

What You'll Do

• Educate clients on CPAP therapy and ensure proper fitting of CPAP equipment
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager and Customer Service team to meet store sales and margin targets
• Work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted on time
• Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracking order status or product shipments, and resolving issues
• Stock shelves and set up in-store promotional materials
• Engage with vendors to help educate all staff on CPAP therapy products
• You will be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, maintaining the ongoing accuracy of customer information
• Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current

What We're Looking For

• You are a high school graduate with a proven work history focused on customer satisfaction
• Ability to up-sell products and services to support sales growth
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
• You possess strong time management skills, able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and follow through on tasks
• Results-oriented and organized, with the drive to exceed sales and margin targets and manage priorities effectively
• Also, you have the ability to build and manage relationships with current and new customers, as well as referral sources
• Safety-conscious, self-motivated team player, able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 46,000 – 51,000 USD per year
