Inside Sales Representative - Retail

The Inside Sales Representative for Retail is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting Dell’s retail business through proactive sales engagement, account development, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering a strong customer experience across assigned retail accounts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage and grow assigned retail accounts through proactive outbound and inbound sales activity
• Develop strong relationships with retail partners, buyers, and internal stakeholders
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and attach opportunities across Dell’s portfolio
• Execute account plans aligned to revenue, margin, and market share goals
• Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM hygiene

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales, product teams, marketing, finance, and operations to support business objectives
• Support promotional planning, inventory discussions, and retail program execution
• Analyze sales trends, customer performance, and competitive activity to recommend actions
• Resolve customer issues quickly by coordinating with internal support teams
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, KPIs, and operational metrics

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of inside sales, account management, or retail sales support experience

• Experience working with retail partners, channel environments, or consumer technology products

• Strong verbal and written communication skills & proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment

• Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
