What You'll Do
- Respond to quote requests with accurate pricing and terms
- Prepare and send formal quotations to customers
- Liaise with customers to clarify requirements and deadlines
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM
- Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure on-time fulfillment
- Follow up on leads and quotes to maximize conversions
