Inside Sales Representative - Italian Speaker

As a Customer Center of Excellence Agent, we will expect you to deliver ‘Extraordinary Experiences’ to our customers.
Join us as an Inside Sales Representative on our Inside Sales team in Casablanca to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
You will:

Achieve and exceed the targets (SCP, Units, Revenue, Margin, Close Rate……TRU) and KPIs defined by the CCOE organization

Deliver ‘Extraordinary Experiences’ to our customers

Engage with our Customers when they choose to contact us via Phone, Chat, or Social media platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)

Satisfy each customer’s needs using our proven approach. Customer needs will vary. CCOE Agents are expected to deliver extraordinary experiences
CCOE Agents are expected to be the embodiment of Dell Technologies’ Culture code

Essential Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in Italian, written and spoken, English is a plus
- Sales experience is highly required
- Good understanding of computer technology
- Research skills, curiosity about business components, and good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services & ability to identify how these products and services align with customer/partner needs
