What you'll do as an Inside Sales Representative:

• Drive new business development activities with new and existing customers.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, services and solutions.
• Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals and presentations.
• Build and execute medium to long-term sales plans to protect, grow and diversify customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Establish and expand a customer base to generate new and ongoing business opportunities.
• Monitor market activity and provide insight on competitors, projects and emerging trends.
• Prepare and submit customer proposals containing both technical and commercial solutions.

You are:

• An experienced sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business.
• Technically minded and able to understand customer requirements and solution offerings.
• Skilled at building strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Proactive, commercially focused and able to identify opportunities for growth.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
• An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and driven to achieve results.
