DHL Express is hiring for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Franklin Park, IL team. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of existing and new customers via telephone contact, with extensive training designed to prepare you for long-term growth within DHL. Training is a core part of our culture, and successful performers have opportunities to move to other U.S. locations as they advance their sales skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead a portfolio of existing and new customers via telephone contact
- Build strong client relationships and grow accounts to their maximum potential
- Coordinate with different departments and act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries and issues are resolved
- Coordinate with different teams on lead initiatives
- Maintain collaboration by incorporating a positive attitude
What We're Looking For

- Must be available to work full-time
