About the Role As a Sally Beauty Advisor/Beauty Advisor, you will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, guiding them through hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will become a trusted advisor on our customer’s journey and receive training to build product knowledge and customer service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to apply knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
