About the Role Inside Sales Center Agents identify, engage, and create opportunities with prospective homeowners across our markets. Your goal is to maximize the conversion of all incoming calls, leads, and inquiries into scheduled appointments for our team of elite sales consultants. What You'll Do
- Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries
- Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction accurately
- Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services
- Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience
