About this role
Forcepoint is seeking an Inside Channel Account Manager for Israel, working from a home office. In this role, you will focus on developing and enabling a regional partner ecosystem to drive Growth and Growth-to-Focus tier progress, while maintaining a strong revenue pipeline and close collaboration with local distributors. You will manage partner onboarding, enablement, and deal activity to generate qualified opportunities and ensure accurate pipeline coverage.
What this role covers:
- Partner Development and Progression: Recruit and onboard new partners with a target of 5+ transacting within two quarters. Enable at least two Growth-tier partners to reach Focus-tier status each year through active enablement and commercial support. Re-activate dormant and newly recruited partners via deal registrations, open opportunities, and pipeline development. Enable Distributors in the region to drive Growth partner deal registrations and net-new pipeline for Forcepoint.
- Pipeline Generation and Revenue: Own and meet a regional revenue quota with commercial weight equivalent to a CAM target. Build and maintain 3x pipeline coverage against quota through Growth partner activity. Generate pipeline through partner-led activity including Distributor-facilitated campaigns, trainings, and certifications. Manage deal registration activity for Growth and unmanaged partners, ensuring quality and volume of submissions.
- Distributor and Partner Enablement: Train and enable partners and Distributors to be as self-sufficient as possible using available tools and portals. Host training sessions on Forcepoint products, certifications, and deal registration processes. Facilitate partner certifications and track completion as a performance metric. Support Distributors with quoting, OP/API setup, and portal access as needed, ensuring this support does not detract from core commercial activity. Assist with deal registration, approvals, NFR requests, and portal access as a minor but necessary part of the role.
- Operational Collaboration: Coordinate with CAMs on regional pipeline and revenue coverage, clearly delineating responsibilities between managed and Growth/unmanaged partners. Ensure operational activities do not dilute core commercial focus, and escalate when operational burden becomes disproportionate. Maintain accurate CRM records for partner activity, pipeline, and deal registrations.
What we expect:
- The posting does not specify formal requirements beyond the described responsibilities. If you have experience aligned with partner development, pipeline management, and enablement in a channel-focused role, you are encouraged to apply.
