About the Role The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute seeks an Inpatient Nurse Practitioner for Adult Palliative Care to join the Mount Auburn Hospital team in Cambridge, MA. This full-time, onsite role is part of the integrated inpatient Palliative Care service and will see patients referred from DFCI oncology providers or other inpatient teams to manage pain, non-pain symptoms, psychosocial stresses, and navigation through care.
What You'll Do
- See patients at Mount Auburn Hospital as part of the inpatient Palliative Care team.
- Assess and manage pain and non-pain symptoms, address psychosocial stresses, and assist with care navigation for patients.
- Collaborate with Program Attending physicians and cross-train with all inpatient teams to ensure coordinated care.
